The Center for Translational and Precision Health brings together Baylor College of Medicine (BCM), the University of Houston (UH) and Texas Southern University (TSU) to develop an environment that nurtures and grows translational research. BCM is a world leader in genomic research with excellence in basic science, ethics, health services research and clinical research. UH houses the Humana Institute and Texas Institute for Measurement Evaluation and Statistics (TIMES), and Texas Southern University is very actively involved in pharmaco-epidemiology and community-oriented research.
